The Best Podcast App For 2024

Podcasts…

Do you listen to em’?

I didn’t. they disgusted me.

To tell the truth, they triggered my anxiety.

Strange, I know. But having ADHD while listening to them just wasn’t it.

You see, ever since learning about the second brain method from Tiago Forte, I had a problem.

I only want to engage with content I could highlight and take notes on.

(I just like being intentional and methodical about what give my attention to you see.)

So when a podcast was on, I’d hear so many gems–sooo many things I’d want to capture and put into my second brain. But taking notes was a sh~tshow..

There were 3 options:

1. hear a gem, pause the podcast, take notes

2. be present with the convo, no notes

3. try both (lose train of thought)

If you have ADHD like me,

you probably multitask while listening,

meaning you lose track of the conversation easily. And flipping between your notes app and pausing the show is tiring.

Well.. all this changed when I found this app 2 days ago.

It’s called Snipd.

You listen. You click button. AI highlights and summarizes part you’re on. No pause, just keep listening. Happy.

Then you check your favorite notes app later for your highlighted parts.

In other words.. now you can highlight, take notes, and summarize your favorite podcasts using AI

That’s it.

and the best part?

They’re giving away 1 free month of premium features to test it out for yourself.

By far, this is one of my favorite AI discoveries of 2023.

If you’re a synthesizer and perpetual lifelong learner like me, I think you’d like it too.
